  • no rides to pet shops for the purpose of selling the animal
  • we reserve the right to reject your booking if the appointment cannot be verified by the destination (vet/groomer/daycare manager/boarding operator)
  • only fully-vaccinated & masked humans may ride in the vehicle
  • cleaning fee may apply to major “accidents”

Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund if more than 24 hours in advance
  • 50% rebate for cancellations less than 24 hours
  • No refund for cancellations within one hour
